With a knack for creativity and an eye for detail, I'm dedicated to making every event I work on an unforgettable experience. Whether I'm shaking up delicious cocktails or helping to coordinate the logistics of a wedding or corporate event, I bring my passion and energy to everything I do. And as Kelsey's younger sister, I've been learning from the best in the biz since day one! When I'm not busy assisting events, you can find me exploring new neighborhoods, trying out new recipes, or spending time with my two adorable pups. I'm excited to meet you and help you bring your event to life - let's get started!

With over 30 years of experience running my own business (Kriste's Birdhouses), I bring a wealth of creativity and expertise to the table. As Kelsey's mom, I've been watching her passion for event planning grow since she was a little girl - and I'm proud to say that I've been a big part of fostering that creativity and imagination. When it comes to event decorating, I'm Kelsey's go-to re-assurance, with an eye for design and a love for all things DIY. Whether we're creating custom centerpieces or dreaming up unique themes for your event, I'm dedicated to making sure every detail is perfect. When I'm not busy crafting or decorating, you can find me spending time with my family, exploring the great outdoors, or cheering on the Seahawks. I can't wait to help bring your event to life!

Payment & Cancellations

  • Wedding Payment schedule

    Upon acceptance and receipt of the quotation, the payment of a booking fee of $1000.00 becomes due and payable immediately. This fee secures the date, time and services of the Planner and is not refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation..


    The booking fee cannot be exchanged for other services or products. Should the date for the wedding change and the Planner is not available to attend the new date, you will forfeit your booking fee.


    The outstanding amount becomes due and payable 2 weeks before the wedding day or/on presentation of an invoice by the Planner. Kindly note that all payments made, either by way of an internet / electronic funds transfer, or cash, is to be free of commission and bank charges, failing which these charges are to be carried by the Client(s) and will be added to the final account rendered by the Planner.


    No date will be booked and/or secured unless the booking fee, as is referred to above, has been paid in full.


    Deposit: $1000


    • At the time of signing the contract

    1st Payment | 50% of Invoice


    • 90 days before the Wedding

    2nd Payment Remaining Balance


    • 30 days before the Wedding



    Outstanding invoices will be charged a 5% penalty.



  • Billing & Payment Method

    An invoice will be emailed to the contracted party along with a payment link with options of:


     - Paypal

     - Visa

     - Mastercard

    -  American Express

  • Cancellation Policy

    The Client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to the Planner but in doing so shall forfeit their booking fee paid as well being held responsible for paying for an goods bought for ceremony. In addition, hereto, and save for the cancellation being due to death or hospitalization of the Client(s), the following charges will be due and payable in case of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the Planner due to such

    cancellation:

    • 90 days prior to the function: 50% of the outstanding amount.

    • 60 days prior to the function: 80% of the outstanding amount.

    • 30 days prior to the function: 100% of the outstanding amount.
